What is I.B.A.R.?

I.B.A.R. (In Balance At Rest) Method.

The body inherently wants to be in state of balance. As muscle therapists, our job is identify which muscles are preventing it from doing so and help facilitate the body's desire to return to this natural state regardless of what caused the imbalance, be it a trauma, repeated adjustments, overuse, an accident, work place or environmental influence. The I.B.A.R. Method was developed as a result of over 20 years of experience and over a thousand hours of training.

"I first saw Paige after more than 7 months of physical therapy for elbow surgery. As a professional in the equestrian world, I was frustrated that I could not ride without pain. After one visit the pain in my arm was gone! I continue to see her weekly to keep the rest of my body in working order. What else can I say other than Paige is amazing! Her knowledge of the human body is incredible! I cannot thank you enough for everything!"

"I felt amazing: taller, thinner, lighter! I've had many massages -- even at Canyon Ranch Spa -- but never anything so therapeutic or educational as this one from Paige. WOW!"
