What is I.B.A.R.?
I.B.A.R. (In Balance At Rest) Method.
The body inherently wants to be in state of balance. As muscle therapists, our job is identify which muscles are preventing it from doing so and help facilitate the body's desire to return to this natural state regardless of what caused the imbalance, be it a trauma, repeated adjustments, overuse, an accident, work place or environmental influence. The I.B.A.R. Method was developed as a result of over 20 years of experience and over a thousand hours of training.

"Amy Presley comes to our office. This was the first time I have scheduled a massage with her. I had slept crooked for several nights and the muscles in my neck/shoulder area were so tight I had problems turning my head. I asked her to work on the area. She aligned the vertibrae in my neck and upper back. After a 10 minute massage with her, I am relatively pain-free. I don't visit this work location very often. However, when I do, I will definitely schedule a massage with Amy. She is amazing!!!!"

"I have been many places for massage therapy, and most don't really know how to help. I am so happy to find Knot Magic, and Katelin was really helpful and explained the muscle treatment well. I was suffering with lack of motion in my neck, and walked out able to move without pain! I am looking forward to how this will help me as I continue my treatments!"
